What happens when you place an order?

Average Delivery is 3 to 7 working days (Metro Area's are often overnight services but this cannot be guaranteed).

All postage costs include insurance and other handling costs. If your product/s go missing and can't be tracked down, you can be assured, we will replace the item at no cost to you*.

Out of stock items may take upto 21 days for delivery. We will notify you of any delays - there is no obligation to continue the order in this circumstances, but if you would like to wait we will get the product to you as soon as we receive it from the manufacture.
* Important Note: Eventhough we make every effort to get your weather meter and/or accessories to you in the shortest possible time - Infrared Australia and associated businesses and companies can not be held responsible for failed delivery. If your product isn't delivered we will attempt to track it down via our frieght company and if that fails we will send you another product (the same as the initial order) at no cost to you.
Returns:
If you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind we will accept returns. within 14 Days, as long as the product is in as new condition when returned. Refunds only proceed when the item is returned. The buyer is responsible for return freight.
DOA (Dead on arrival):
In the unlikely event that the product is unserviceable when you receive it - we will pay all shipping costs, including your return costs, to replace the proudct with a servicable model.
